When will I receive my order?
We handover the rolls to USPS in 1-3 days depending on the number of orders we have in the queue.

For the orders in the USA; it typically takes 3-5 days for USPS to deliver the roll to your address. Generally -depending on your location- you should be able to receive the roll in 4 to 8 days.

Delivery time for international orders will vary greatly depending on the country you are ordering from. Also when customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond delivery estimates.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is FREE of charge for all orders in the USA and Canada. International orders from other countries do not qualify for free shipping. Shipping fee for international orders will be calculated at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship world wide. Please note that unlike orders from USA and Canada, international orders are subject to shipping fee.

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. We have no control over these charges, nor can predict what they may be.
